1. The changes that were made in Photoshop were made the neck longer, made her eyes bigger, made neck thinner, moved the shoulders down, made the face thinner, changed pieces of her hair, the lips got bigger, and changed her eye color to blue.

I think it can be in some situations. I think a little bit is okay but not to where they look like a barbie doll or a total different person because then your showing someone your not and that's not okay.

5. Are there circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation?
If you are going to be put on a billboard or on a poster for any advertisement or on a commercial that is advertising something that would be like make up or weight loss or anything like that because once again you would be lying to everyone.

The type of changes that are okay are making the eyes bigger, lifting to make somethings little longer, and changing the lighting.

Girls are a lot more insecure about theirselves than guys are and guys are always themselves and girls think they need extra help to make them look better.
